    Titanic Museum

    The Titanic Museum has the true story of the ill-fated liner. The exhibition is not impersonal salvage but documents, mementoes and artifacts donated by survivors and their families. Each has a fascinating, personal narrative. Admission $4. Daily 10-4; Saturday 10-3, Closed Sunday and holidays. Groups accommodated, please call in advance. Self-guiding. No cameras, please.     Springfield Science Museum

    Featuring exhibits on natural and physical sciences, the Springfield Science Museum is a fun place for people of all ages. Museum exhibits include a live animal center in a natural environment with fish, insects, reptiles and amphibians. Other displays include Dinosaur Hall, where a full-sized replica of a Tyrannosaurus Rex can be seen. The Seymour Planetarium gives visitors a taste of space and a number of hands-on exhibits are also located in this park of the center.

    Springfield Museums at the Quadrangle

    Among the hightlights of these four distinctive museums are a life-sized tyrannosaurus rex replica, African Hall, the live animal Solutia Eco-Center, European and American paintings, Japanese armor, Middle Eastern rugs, Asian decorative arts, a planetarium, aviation history and regional history exhibits.     The Indian Motorcycle Museum

    This museum is a worthwhile trip for motorcycle enthusiasts. The company history and its roots in Springfield are illustrated in several interesting displays. The museum has the world's first motorcycle, the first Indian Motorcycle (circa 1901) and the world's first snowmobile.

    Hatikvah Holocaust Education Center

    Serving as a living memorial to those that were victims of the Holocaust, the Hatikvah Holocaust Education Center is located in Springfield, Massachusetts.
